Touchcore Solutions Inc. was founded in 2016 by its current President/Chief Executive Officer Ma. Concepcion S. Julian and Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer Gilbert S. Torres. At that time, they sought to establish a company that will ensure a “customer-centered organization” that is efficient and responsive to client needs.

Julian and Torres along with other incorporators who are also industry leaders with more than 20 years of experience in various fields such as data center, telecoms, manufacturing, healthcare, and academe converged as they embarked on the establishment of the company founded on commitment to genuine service , unwavering passion and commitment to excellence .
